Himika
Mostly hammered out the presentation for aGEM today. I also set up overnight cultures for the MalE31-DegP-RFP generator and GFP generator systems. Thos will be miniprepped tomorrow.

Today, I again helped put together slides for the aGEM presentation today. We began putting together a set of questions that could be asked us to prepare for the question period.
