Today I miniprepped the overnight cultures of I0500-B0034-MalE. I also measured induction of the CpxR system in the presence of MalE31. The data looks good except for a couple of points. I will analyze the data and put up a characterization section later on. I also contacted the BCEM profs for more information about the modeling project.
