Himika
Today I verified the CpxR competent cells that were transformed with I0500-B0034-MalE and I0500-B0034-MalE31. The PCR did not turn out so well. However, since there was selection pressure, I decided to go ahead with the verification step and decided to start testing this circuit. I also ligated CpxR-I13507 with I0500-B0034-MalE and transformed these cells.
