Today, I redid the digests of pSB1AC3, pSB1AK3, CpxP promoter, ibpAB-fsxA-T7 Promoter, I0500, and I1350. The parts were cut with either a combination of XbaI/PstI (pSB1AC3, pSB1AK3, I13507, and CpxP), EcoRI/PstI (pSB1AC3, pSB1AK3, ibpAB-fsxA-T7), and SpeI/PstI (I0500).
