A MATLAB program has been compiled that describes how the concentrations of DNA, mRNA and Proteins respond to different experimental parameters. Much more to follow.

Our Ordinary Differential Equations

This is the equation for the rate of change of the mRNA that is transcribed from the galactose promoter. The three terms represent production, degra- dation, and dilution respectively.
