The plasmid DNA concentration from ligation (A) were measured by Nanodrop. The concentration of the following plasmids were sufficient.
4a, 13e, 14f
The concentration of the following plasmids were very low.
15e, 20f, 21f
Fusion protein
PCR purified samples were tested on agarose gel. Restriction digest of PCR purified samples 1-8 and plasmids -pETMM43(9) and pETMMZZ(10). Ligation :Scheme 1+4+9 2+5+9 3+10 6+4+9 7+5+9 8+10 Incubation overnight / 1 hr.
