• 100 ug/ml Amp (20 plates)
• 25 ug/ml Cm (20 plates)

Preparation of competent Top10 Escherichia coli cells

• Set a 5 ml LB ON culture; 37°C, 250 rpm.

3 falcon tubes (50 ml), 10 ml LB in each.
