-Received fusion primers in mail

Resuspended the enzyme DNA:

-Spinned the 6 tubes briefly ( a few seconds ~10s) to ensure all the contents were on the bottom of the tube

-Added 50uL of sterile water to each tube

-Vortexed for ~2sec each

-Kept on ice for 5-10min

-vortexed lightly again-->stored in the -20C fridge in the white DNA box.
