Bronze

2. Will present at iGEM Jamboree.

3. Have designed and submitted 2 biobrick parts.

Silver

1. Demonstrated submitted biobrick part works as expected.'

2. Characterized several current biobrick parts as part of the high throughput expression screening portion.

Gold

1. Collaboration:

a) Helped the Slovenia team debug a CPEC construction (originally presented by Duke iGEM 2009)

b) Helped various other schools with surveys, including Mexico-UNAM-CINVESTAV.

Safety

1. Project does not raise any safety issues for the researchers, the public, or the environment.

2. No, the biobrick submissions do not raise any safety issues.

3. Duke has an in-house review board and they did not raise any flags regarding our project.

4. We have not really thought about this problem, as our project does not involve any safety issues.
