set up 4 1.5 ul sterile centrifuge tubes with 90 ul SOB

two electro porations with at , one with 20ul and one with 3 ul BBa_T9002

chilled cuvette ince bath

reading for 20ul was 2.2kr @ 0.70ms

removed with 1ul SOB media

placed into 1.5 ml sterile centrifuge tube at room tem for 3 hour Prof T will streak
