“moving on” Completing steps w/A.tumefaciens and supernants D) I’m going to pull 500 ul of my A.Tumefaciens and add 500 ul LB broth and put in a steril tube.(total 100ul)(9/23/10) E)Im going to put 500 ul of my A.tumefaciens andof B.ther. Sup made by Brandi into sterile epind. Tube F. I pulled 500 ul of my A.Tumelfaciens and 500 ul of e.coli sup. And put that into a steril epind tube (e.coli sup made by jh 9/23/10)

Steps A-C are A tumefaciens + T9002 +electorpor. Cells (made by GT) A-I am boing to pull 500 ul of GT’s A.Tumfaciens and then I’m going to pull 500 ul of LB Broth and add it to sterile tube.

B- I pulled 500 ul off GT’s A. Tumefaciens , T9002 and Electropr. Cell and added to steril tube then pulled 500 ul of BT Super and added that to the same sterile tube (BT made by Brandi) C- pulled 500 ul of GT’s A.Tumefaciens, T9002+ electrocomp cells and added to epindorf tube (sterile) then pulled and added 500 pl of e.coli sup made by jh into the same sterile tube - I checked to see if any of the tubes containg the A.Tumefaciens steps A-F and there was no sign of luminescents - We are going to redo the Steps A thru F only changin the dprocedure slightly. - Proc.
