Assembly of biobricks in pSB1C3-backbone for submission to parts registry by Maarten

Self ligates of pSB1C3 vector and RFP gave red colonies. Correct transformants gave white colonies. For every construct 3 colonies were grown O/N in LB containing 15 µg/mL Chloramphenicol.
