Purification of BBa_E0240 and BBa_R0010 (6 tubes)

Three colonies of E. coli added to 30ml of LB broth.

Incubated overnight in the shaking incubator. Prove digestive enzymes with BBa_E0240 and BBa_R0010 for 3hrs
