- confirmation of selected C1 C2 as transformed cell
- colony PCR/enzyme digestion of the 2 colonies (NcoI cut)
Results
Colony PCR
No bands can be observed. The two colonies are probably contaminations.
Enzyme digestion
Two bands were expected. Only one band of large size can be observed for both colonies, this is consistent with the conclusion drawn from the colony PCR.
