Module homologous recombination

  • Some strains with maybe the cm and kan resistance cassette have grown on the selective medium. We placed them into liquid culture for the weekend.

Module heavy metals detection

  • We tried to insert a copper sensitive promoter in front of a gene coding for a carotenoïd.
