-Transformation of Competent Cells (RosDE3)


→ Cells thawed from -80 C

-used H2O for -ve transformation control

-used PUC19 plasmid for transformation +ve control (Amp resistance)

→ Plated to LB+C (E1-3) and C (E4-5b) and +ve plated to ampicillin plate
