Preparation LB agar plates with antibiotics
- 100 ug/ml Amp (20 plates)
- 25 ug/ml Cm (20 plates)
Preparation of competent Top10 Escherichia coli cells
- Set a 5 ml LB ON culture; 37°C, 250 rpm.
