Module I, Group 2c

Transformation is conducted to amplify the plasmid containing gene mcherry, which is used as template for PCR.

PCR system (Prime Star): 

 H2O	                       14.4μl
 5×buffer	               2μl
 dNTP	                       2μl
 primer1	               0.5μl
 primer2	               0.5μl
 template	               0.5μl
 FastPFU	               0.1μl
 Total	                       20μl

Pick monoclonal of mCherry 12h after transformation.

Result:Only PCR for Chlr, Kan and mcherry is successful.
