Clotho is the software tool for synthetic biology started by the UC Berkeley iGEM team of 2008. Over the last two years, Clotho has undergone many iterations of development, each time adding new features and improving the overall usability and stability of the tool. This summer we are proud to release Clotho 2.0, featuring the robust Netbeans plugin platform, a reworked framework for automating workflows, as well as a shift from dynamic data models to a static Clotho data model.
We have released a new website that will serve as a hub for the distribution of new releases of Clotho, as well as tools built for the Clotho platform (insert link).
