BioBricks

For the moment we have 14 BioBricks verified by sequencing and by electophoresis. Those BioBricks are in the vector pSB1C3 (friendly called C3) and are ready to be send to the registry!

The BB we have for the moment are:

• C3 + Ori + Kan
• C3 + Ori + Tet
• C3 + S + CFP
• C3 + S + Immuno
• C3 + S + P25
• C3 + S + immuno + ori + Kan
• C3 + S + P28 + Ori + Tet
• C3 + Ori + Amp
• C3 + W
• C3 + W + Immun
• C3 + W + P25

We are actually working on insert the others 2 proteins we want to express (p25, p28) on C3 and trying to finally ligate the BioBricks in the BaseVector containing the origin of replication of Asaia.
