Planned and prepared for tomorrow's electroporation

• Depart electroporator.
• Made up LB agar plates and cloramphenicol 100μl.
• Plan to transform Psb1C3 froma plate.

We were looking for a nanodrop to quantify DNA’s concentrations

and tried to make ligations Psb1C3 with each one of primers

(our this year's bricks).
