The polymerase that I enjoy is called Phusion. It is a NEB polymerase, but a little pricey. If you are using small (<5kb) plasmids, I've had luck with Vent (also NEB). Peggy would be a good person to ask about this. -THUS SPAKE AVI umm, did Avi say that he enjoyed a polymerase? hahaha
