We did a transformation with the pET28a to test if the JM109 competent cells that just arrived are still viable after being transported in an inadequate manner.

We inoculated 6 colonies in liquid LB medium from the cloning plates of pGEM-T + Rh1ab to do a quick screen tomorrow.
