We performed the E. coli transformation, with plasmid (chloramphenicol resistance) + RBS + promoter. This time we used NEB protocol.

We made a miniprep and ran in agarose gel 1%.

1. Hind III marker (1 uL ladder, 2 uL loading, 7 uL H2O).

2. Sample (5 uL ligation + 2 uL loading).
