- added ordering functionality to steps
Todo:
- add ability to insert steps between other steps
- add image caching to FlexImage stuff
- add owners to experiments and conditional editing abilities (check with steve to see if he already added owners)
- spruce up edit options for inline editing ( buttons at bottom of step with slide up options)
- add user "notes" to steps
