Plasmid extraction: ABJKNTUV on PSB1C3 in old standard with concentration and digestion determination.


Jocelyn:

Double Digest ABJKNTUV on PSB1C3 and Promoter. (0.5h & 1h)=>Ligation =>transformation into TOP10

Construct pduAB under new standard.(condition tests:3h+PCR recycle+1h)=>ligation=>transformation into TOP10(on 9.12)
