Progress report:
This is the end of the first Lab-week and we are having trouble with our FlhDC PCR all week (like we did the week of the Crash-and-Burn-labcourse). We receved the ordered primers Wednsday and used them for the first time in a TAQ Gradient-PCR Thursday to test the function of the primers. Today we ran the PCR result on a Gel and the result looked good!
We also ran another PCR, this time with pfu-polymerase.
