On this day...

  • We got the wiki up and going!
  • We ran a crazy gel and cut it up a whole bunch.

Gel Electrophoresis

Hao

pSip-1::eGFP, pRab-7::eGFP, pMec-7::eGFP

Used 0.3 g agarose in 40 mL TBE. Gel run for 40 mins at 100 V.

Gel Extraction

Yuli and Hao

pSip-1::eGFP, pRab-7::eGFP, pMec-7::eGFP

Products stored at -20 °C.
