Cloning
- Liquid cultures for a new western started (planned for tomorrow, with new antibodies and another machine). Preparing a positive control for the western blot (bacteria expressing a his-tag-protein).

Cloning
- Western Blot started. Samples: Immunotoxin, p25, p28, positive and negative control. Did the blot at the Lemaitre lab with Onya. Blot done twice: once with the Maerkl lab antibodies and once with Onya's antibodies.

- Western Blot finished. The blot with Onya's antibodies did not show any signal except a very weak band in the positive control. --> Check the size!!

The semester has started again, we're rushing from the lab to courses and back again. We're way too busy now to write further entries in the notebook, but work is proceeding.
