Plasmid preparations

Set ON cultures of:

  • pSB1A3.BBa_J04450
  • pSB1C3.BBa_J04450
  • pSB1AC3.BBa_J04450
  • pSB1AK3.BBa_J04450
  • pMA.BBa_J18930
  • pMA.BBa_J18931
  • pMA.BBa_J18932

by inoculating 5 ml LB with appropriate antibiotics with cells from previously prepared glycerol stocks.
