  • Took time-lapse fluorescence microscopy images of PyeaR+GFP with 10mM potassium nitrate.
  • Digested PyeaR+GFP and PyeaR+RFP, then ran a gel electrophoresis and purification. Neither part worked well, both had very low concentrations.
  • Since the digestion did not work I incubated from the glycerol stock both parts overnight, to try again tomorrow.
