  • Miniprepped PyeaR+GFP and PyeaR+RFP.
  • Digested PyeaR+GFP, PyeaR+RFP, and pSB1C3, then ran a gel electrophoresis and gel purified. All of them were correct and gave good yields.
  • Ligated PyeaR+GFP and PyeaR+RFP to pSB1C3, overnight.
