Today we have obtained the results of the terminator transformation we made yesterday.

Petris control:

Ampicillin: 10 colonies.

Kanamycin: 0 colonies.

A colony of LB ampicillin plate & a colony of LB kanamycin plate were taken, & placed in liquid medium with antibiotics in agitation at 37º C overnight.
