LB Medium

For 1 liter Medium:

  • 10g Casein, tryptonic digested
  • 10g NaCl
  • 5g yeast extract

if you want to make Agar-plates, add:

  • 10g Agar

Fill up to 1 liter with destilled water and autoclave.
