Agarose gel
Material:
- agarose
- TBE buffer
- SYBRSafe (Invitrogen)
Protocol:
1. Dissolve 1 g of agarose in 100 mL 1x TBE buffer for 1% gel (can be stored in the 70 °C stove)
2. Add 5 µL of SYBRSafe
