Ligation

Materials

You will need:

  • Vector (plasmid) DNA sample
  • Insert DNA sample
  • Ligation buffer
  • DNA ligase
  • MilliQ water

Procedure

Purpose

To ligate the desired insert fragment to the desired plasmid together.
