BioBricks

For the moment we have 6 BioBricks verified by sequencing and by electophoresis. Those BioBricks are in the vector pSB1C3 (friendly called C3) and are ready to be send to the registry!

The BB we have for the moment are:

  • C3 + OriA
  • C3 + OriA + Kan
  • C3 + OriA + Tet
  • C3 + PromS + RBS
  • C3 + PromW + RBS
  • C3 + PromS + RBS + Immu
