Program run using TAQ with an extension time of 35 s and annealing temperature of 57 °C.

Used 250µL of 80% glycerol with 750 µL of culture.
Gel Electrophoresis

Used 0.4 g agarose in 60 mL TBE. Gel run for 40 mins at 100 V.
