'pIC57ChR2'::1C3 did not pull through vacuum very well, may contain genomic DNA.
Gel and Digest

Cut with EcoRI and PstI.
Used 0.7 g agarose in 100 mL TBE. Gel run for 26 mins at 110 V. Note: [4] pOsm-10 digest had <10 µL of liquid, most likely due to error during master mix loading.

Used 0.7 g agarose in 100 mL TBE. Gel run for 33 mins at 110 V.
