Improve an existing BioBrick Part and enter this information back on the Registry (http://partsregistry.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K193600) We informed iGEM09_Tokyo_Tech that the melA gene DNA sequence was incorrect and they changed it to the correct one.
