Sterilin have sponsored us, we need to write an article for Sterilin Leader, "Sterilin supports Cambridge iGEM Team". Who we are? Why are we doing it, what are we using for Sterilin. Assignment: Bill and Ben (the flowerpot men) Relevant "Happy Birthday Sterilin" in luciferin? for Autumn edition need by November-ish or earlier

Bought equipment
- Bio-rad freeze and squeeze columns - cut out block of agarose containing DNA. Freeze in a freezer. When solid run through column, by the end DNA will come into bottom. Test for Duncan Size cut-off?

- Jim's lab has a robot! (for high through-put work)
