PCR of Rh1ab

Electrophoresis: Miniprep samples 1-5 in 0.8% agarose and 1x TBE

We observe bands around 5000bp. It could be the linear plasmid DNA

Sample 4 was the only one that didn't present bands

PCR: to amplify RH1ab, samples of plasmid DNA DNAp=2ul Primer 1= 1 ul Primer 2= 1 ul Master Mix= 12.5 ul Water= 8.5 ul Total= 25 ul
