Modelling in iGEM
In biology there are lots phenomena which can be moddeled in mathematics. A model is an simplification of the reality. They are often used to explain how things work. When a model is made for a biological proces, you can predict the outcome of what will probably happen when you do it in practice.
Our modelling goals
We want to find a model for our project the [hydrophobofilm]. There are lots of things to model on such a project. We chose to model the killswitch and the expression system of the biofilm.
