My two main academic interests are internet security and computational biology, and when I get a chance I would also like to start learning more about biomedical electronics and the applications of electrical engineering to biology.<br/><br/>My main task on the iGEM team was to work on the crosstalk predictor tool, CPOTATo. Along with Arjun, I worked to investigate the different biological and genomic databases on the internet in order to find out how we could utilize these databases in predicting potential instances of crosstalk in given biological systems.
