New Standards
Wisconsin-Madison Team has taken the initiative to improve maintenance of the Registry of Standard Parts with more user experience in the form of zip files! Each fill will be labeled by its corresponding part number in the registry (ie. BBa_K318501) and will contain the following:
- Genbank including features and plasmid (.gbk)
- Fwd and Reverse sequencing files (.ab1)
- Gels from cloning and confirmation (.pdf)
- All associated testing files and Results (.xls, .pdf, etc.)
Here is a copy of our submitted standard, BBF-RFC-64: Media:BBF_RFC_64.pdf
