Week of 7/05/10

Light Sensor

Initiator

  • First ligation of RBS to C0051 failed
  • Bands on gels are not valid, too much inconsistency within the data (eg. bands of same parts cut the same were different from each other)

ON switch

  • The following parts were digested: E1010, I13453, J23119, C0051, I12006 with EcoRI & SpeI
  • The following parts were digested: B0034, F1610 with EcoRI & XbaI
  • Ran gel and extracted, but bands failed to appear
  • Restarted digestions according to new assembly plan
