I made some time for doing some transformations from the Biobrick plates, I will give you the list of the biobricks that I tried to transform.

Procedure:
- Add 1 ul of DNA to 33 ul of competent cells
- Put the tubes on ice for 10 min
- Warm the tubes in a water bath at 37º C for 5 min.
- Add 250 ul of LB medium
- Incubate the cells 1 hour at 37ºC, shake at 160 rpm
- Plate 200 ul over selective medium
