Another electrophoresis
2% agarose gel electrophoresis (High Resolution):
Digestions: The final volume prepared for each promoter (different restriction enzymes) was of 50ul distributed in 4 wells. For this we used 25ul in each well, plus 5ul of loading buffer. So where did this come from? The rule that we used is 2ul of loading buffer for every 10ul of sample. And there you go...
