We reached the general public by our appearance in the [[Team:TU_Delft/Publicity/in-the-news|national news]] and [[Media:TU Delft Volkskrant night of the nerds 20101011.pdf|national newspaper]].

It was also important to make companies aware of our project in order to raise enough funding. Moreover, it was useful to built good relationships with companies to discuss the latest developments. By participating in the Nanovideohunt competition we helped to make young aware of science on the small scale by showing them what we did with synthetic biology.
