Gibson Assembly
Gibthon
is a tool written in python to aid with the design of primers for Gibson Assembly. It's out in a very early version, so any testing you could do on it would be great!Please email feedback to info [@] gibthon.org, and click on the image to the left to get started.
(This is currently running on a temp server in my living room, so please be patient if it falls over every now and again - a proper one is on the way)
